Jesus' whole ministry was full of grace and rich with truth, standing far above the Jewish teachers that sought to silence Him. The words He spoke while dying on the cross fulfill prophesies about Himself, demonstrate His deep concern for humanity's greatest need and are consistent with His Father's character.

Then Jesus said, “Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they do.” And they divided His garments and cast lots.
